Job summary

Genesis Health Clubs is seeking a Maintenance Associate to upkeep the Club’s facilities in Topeka, KS. You will perform routine and preventive maintenance, respond to facility requests, and help identify unsafe conditions to keep operations safe and efficient.

Ideal candidates have HVAC experience and knowledge of trades in construction and mechanical maintenance, with a hands-on approach to maintain high standards across all club areas.

Qualifications

• HVAC experience
• Knowledge of general construction trades, mechanical repair and maintenance
• Ability to inspect and identify unsafe and hazardous conditions

Responsibilities

• Inspect all properties daily to ensure building operations meet Club standards
• Perform regular and preventive maintenance throughout the facility
• Collaborate with Facilities Manager on a daily basis
• Address other duties as required

This position is responsible for the maintenance of the Club’s property including but not limited to general facility maintenance, repair of buildings, construction projects, and equipment. The Maintenance Associate will respond to requests and concerns and identify unsafe and hazardous conditions.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Inspect all properties on a daily basis to ensure building operations are performing according to the Club’s standards and procedures
• Performs all regular and preventive maintenance throughout the facility
• Collaborate with Facilities Manager on a daily basis
• HVAC experience
• Other duties as required
• Knowledge of the general construction trades, mechanical repair and maintenance.
