Job summary

Schlumberger Limited is seeking a Maintenance Associate to perform maintenance activities per the Maintenance Program and ensure on-time delivery of equipment to meet operational demand at the CRE/MB/Center.

The role supports initiatives to improve maintenance-related costs, efficiency, and asset availability, under direct supervision of a Maintenance Supervisor or Technician, with strict adherence to TLM standards and data capture principles.

Qualifications

• GED or High School is required.
• Strong mechanical background; Oil & Gas experience preferred.
• Candidates must be able to legally work and reside in the US without sponsorship.

The Maintenance Associate is responsible to perform maintenance activities per the Maintenance Program and ensure on-time delivery of equipment in accordance with operational demand. The Maintenance Associate supports initiatives to improve the maintenance-related Cost of Service Delivery (CoSD), Maintenance Efficiency, People Productivity, and Asset Availability within the Center of Reliability and Efficiency (CRE) or Maintenance Base (MB), or Maintenance Center.

• Under direct supervision of either a Maintenance Supervisor, or Maintenance Technician, perform assigned higher-level maintenance activities.
• Adhere to transactional discipline within Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) business systems, accurately capturing maintenance related data.
• Comply with Schlumberger and respective division TLM standards.
• Maintain and build competency in compliance with the TLM Competency Management System.
• Participate in and support continuous improvement (CI) initiatives.
