Job summary

Heritage Cooperative in Nashport, OH is hiring a Maintenance Associate to support our facilities and equipment. This full-time role requires hands-on maintenance, preventative tasks, and safe operation of forklifts and other machinery.

You will follow safety policies, document work, assist with after-hours calls, and contribute to a clean, secure workplace while upholding our core values and commitment to customers.

• Respond to after-hours calls for maintenance and repairs.

QUALIFICATIONS

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid Driver License, with acceptable driving record
• Previous experience in feed and manufacturing
• Ability to use basic computer programs and email

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Frequently required to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time
• Frequently required to lift heavy objects no more than 50 poundsFrequently required to climb
• Occasionally required to crawl, stoop, kneel, or balance

ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS

• Exposed to dusty, dirty, and wet environments
