Job summary

Genesis Health Clubs in Mission, KS is seeking a Maintenance Associate to help keep facilities safe and running smoothly. You will inspect properties daily, perform preventive maintenance, and address repair needs across the club’s buildings and equipment.

With HVAC experience and knowledge of general construction trades, you will work closely with the Facilities Manager to uphold high standards and respond to requests, ensuring a comfortable, safe environment for members and staff.

Qualifications

• HVAC experience and general maintenance knowledge.
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance.
• Willingness to collaborate with the Facilities Manager.
• Proactive identification of unsafe conditions.

Responsibilities

• Inspect all properties daily to ensure operations meet standards.
• Performs regular and preventive maintenance throughout the facility.
• Collaborate with Facilities Manager on a daily basis.
• HVAC experience.
• Other duties as required.

This position is responsible for the maintenance of the Club’s property including but not limited to general facility maintenance, repair of buildings, construction projects, and equipment. The Maintenance Associate will respond to requests and concerns and identify unsafe and hazardous conditions.
