Maintenance Associate
Burnet/Bertram/Leander, TX

Pay: $20/hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm

Your Role

1. Provide repair and maintenance services for client residences, including troubleshooting plumbing or electrical issues and fixing appliances.
2. Conduct inspections and address damages in various parts of buildings.
3. Perform painting and surface refinishing tasks.
4. Applicants must possess their own tools for the tasks.
5. Assist with basic vehicle maintenance, such as changing a flat tire or replacing a brake light bulb.

Qualifications

1. High School diploma or equivalent.
2. Possess your own tools.
3. Minimum 1 year of related experience.
4. Working knowledge of maintenance and electrical equipment.
5. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
6. Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
7. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
