Job Description

This position is responsible for the maintenance of the Club's property, including but not limited to general facility maintenance, building repairs, construction projects, and equipment management. The Maintenance Associate will respond to requests and concerns, and identify unsafe and hazardous conditions.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Inspect all properties daily to ensure building operations meet the Club's standards and procedures.
2. Perform regular and preventive maintenance throughout the facility.
3. Collaborate with the Facilities Manager on a daily basis.
4. Apply HVAC experience in relevant tasks.
5. Perform other duties as required.
6. Possess knowledge of general construction trades, mechanical repair, and maintenance.
