Job summary

Dormont Manufacturing Co is seeking a maintenance worker responsible for various tasks including plumbing, electrical repairs, and HVAC support. You'll perform preventative maintenance and ensure tools and equipment are properly managed.

In addition to a pay range of $16.40 to $20.55 per hour, employees receive numerous benefits such as medical, dental, vision plans, paid time off, and retirement savings plans.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned maintenance tasks and work orders.
• Perform basic repairs (plumbing, electrical, appliances, fixtures).
• Assist with painting and refurbishing projects.
• Support HVAC, water, and mechanical system maintenance.
• Perform preventative maintenance and safety checks.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and repair inventory.
• Support carpet and floor care as needed.
• Assist with suite 'make-ready' preparation.
• Follow OSHA, fire safety, and infection control standards.
• Participate in emergency preparedness and fire drills.
• Drive community vehicle as assigned.
