Full Time $18.00 - $20.00 Per Hour DOE / Saturday and Sunday - Weekend Shift - 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM

Job Summary:

The primary role of the Maintenance Assistant is to maintain the grounds, facility, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to all applicable standards, policies, and directives from supervisors to ensure a successful maintenance program.

Essential Duties:

• Follow maintenance schedules for respective shifts or areas.
• Report all accidents/incidents to your supervisor.
• Coordinate daily maintenance with nursing services when working in resident areas.
• Perform other duties as directed by your supervisor or management.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking, understanding).
• Professional interaction with staff, residents, family, visitors, and agencies.
• Proper use and care of supplies and equipment.
• Ability to work collaboratively and follow instructions.
• Successful completion of background check, physical, and drug screening.
