Job summary

Zenith Healthcare in Saugus, MA is seeking a maintenance assistant to join our existing team. You will inspect buildings, grounds and equipment to support safe, reliable operations.

Responsibilities include performing repairs with power, hand, electric and plumbing tools; installing equipment; following building codes; and maintaining safety compliance. You will keep a maintenance log and submit shift reports, and promptly report issues to the Director of Maintenance.

Qualifications

• At least one year of building maintenance, construction, plumbing, or electrician experience is strongly preferred, but not required.
• High school diploma or GED
• 2t years of experience
