Senior Lifestyle’s Addington Place of Stuart seeks a maintenance technician for 20 hours per week at $22/hour to maintain and repair community facilities. Responsibilities include completing work orders, preparing apartments for move-ins, organizing supplies, and handling projects across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and landscaping.

Qualifications

• No experience is required; basic mechanical and/or electrical knowledge preferred.

Job Description
