Job summary

Priority Dispatch Corp. is seeking a dedicated maintenance technician to inspect, test and repair equipment, diagnose malfunctions and perform preventative upkeep across facilities. You’ll read manuals, reference parts catalogs and maintain accurate records while keeping inventory and storage of cleaners and equipment secure.

A high school diploma and hands-on maintenance experience are required. Experience with CMMS software is a plus, and you’ll contribute to safety routines and daily

Qualifications

• High school diploma plus specialized training (6 months–2 years).
• Maintenance experience: 3 months–1 year preferred.
• Ability to read and convey equipment operating instructions.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and test equipment to diagnose malfunctions and detect problems.
• Perform routine and preventative maintenance such as inspecting motors, belts, replacing filters, checking fluid levels and maintaining proper pool chemical levels.
• Diagnose mechanical problems and determine how to correct them by referencing repair manuals or parts catalogs as necessary.
• Keep records of work assignments.
• Maintain inventory of custodial supplies.
• Maintain proper storage and security conditions of chemical cleaners, equipment and other inventory.
• Perform other duties assigned.
