American Senior Communities LLC in Jeffersonville, Indiana is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to support the Maintenance Supervisor. The role focuses on keeping the community's physical plant and grounds safe, attractive, and welcoming for residents, staff, and visitors.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prior maintenance experience preferred (drywall, plumbing, painting).

Requirements:

• Prior maintenance experience preferred - drywall, plumbing, painting.
