Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Experience in facility maintenance preferred.
• Knowledge of electrical wiring, painting, repairs and plumbing.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist with inspection, repair, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing filters, lubricating machinery, and cleaning equipment.
• Assist in troubleshooting and diagnosing issues with equipment and systems.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential maintenance needs and address them promptly.
• Help maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Document maintenance activities, including work performed, parts used, and any recommendations.

  As part of our employee benefits, eligible team members receive a monthly phone stipend:

  • $25/month – Full-Time

  • $12.50/month – Part-Time

  The stipend begins following successful completion of the 90-day introductory period.
