Autumn Care of Mechanicsville is seeking a maintenance-focused individual to support our Life Safety Code compliance and facility upkeep in a skilled nursing setting.

You will assist the Maintenance Director, help oversee the physical plant, equipment, grounds and utilities, and ensure processes align with health and safety standards. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with full-time shifts Mon–Fri and occasional weekends.

Qualifications

• Maintains Life Safety Code compliance and good working order of the facility.

Responsibilities

• Assist Maintenance Director to ensure Life Safety Code, physical plant, equipment, grounds and utilities are maintained in good working order.
• Follow health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintain standards of practice as set by community administration.
