Job summary

Saber-Healthcare-Group, a skilled nursing facility, is seeking a Maintenance Associate to assist the Maintenance Director in keeping the Life Safety Code, the physical plant, equipment, grounds and utilities in good working order.

This full-time role runs Monday through Friday with on-call weekends, offering $18.00-$22.00 per hour, daily pay options, benefits and opportunities for professional growth within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Maintenance Director in ensuring Life Safety Code compliance.
• Maintain the physical plant, equipment, grounds and utilities.

Position Summary:

The primary purpose of your job is to assist the Maintenance Director in ensuring the Life Safety Code, physical plant, equipment, grounds and utilities are maintained in good working order and in accordance with community policies, state and federal regulations. Follows all health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintains established standards of practice set forth by the community's administration and Maintenance Policies and Procedures.

Education/Qualifications:

• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.
