Job summary

The Manor At Greendale is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to join our team at the Findlay, OH community. This full-time role supports the property's physical plant, grounds and equipment to maintain a safe, comfortable environment for residents.

Responsibilities include grounds upkeep such as mowing and trimming, basic repairs and painting, lifting and moving equipment, cleaning and maintaining sprinklers, and attending required in-service education.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Maintains grounds including mowing, weeding, raking, trimming and snow shoveling.
• Performs minor repairs and painting.
• Lifts and moves equipment and furniture.
• Performs heavy scrubbing, waxing and buffing.
• Cleans and maintains sprinklers, exhaust systems and filters.
• Attends required in-service education.
