Job summary

Manor at Greendale in Findlay, OH is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to care for the community’s physical plant, grounds and equipment.

This full-time role performs groundskeeping, minor repairs, lifts and moves equipment, cleans systems and participates in in-service education. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred and a valid driver’s license is required.

Description

Position Summary:

A Maintenance Assistant is responsible for the community’s physical plant, grounds and equipment in-order to ensure a safe environment.

Position Responsibilities of a Maintenance Assistant:

• Assists in maintaining the grounds including mowing, weeding, raking, trimming and the shoveling of dirt and snow
• Conducts minor repairs and paints
• Lifts and moves equipment and furniture
• Performs heavy scrubbing, waxing and buffing
