Accura HealthCare of Carlisle is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to join our property management team. In this hands-on role, you will repair and maintain the building, grounds, and equipment while supporting facility projects under the direction of the Director of Maintenance.

You will contribute to safe, quality care for residents by upholding safety policies and collaborating with residents, families, and staff.

Qualifications

• General maintenance and landscape experience is beneficial and/or ability to learn and apply knowledge of procedures, techniques, and equipment.
• Must be capable of performing the Essential Functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• The Maintenance Assistant repairs and maintains the building, grounds, and equipment and assists with facility projects.
• Applies knowledge of all related safety and compliance policies; communicates effectively with residents, families, and team members.
