Department: Maintenance
Status: Full Time
Schedule: Sunday - Thursday
Starting Pay: $18.50 - $19.50 hourly
Assist Maintenance Manager in maintaining and repairing physical structures, equipment, building systems, and grounds. Regular and predictable attendance is essential.
Education and Experience: 6 months to 1 year related experience or education. Experience with power tools, facility maintenance, HVAC, carpentry, electrical, or plumbing preferred. High School diploma or GED required.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Current First Aid Certification, DOJ and FBI fingerprint clearance, recent health screening, and TB test.
Must be able to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 100 pounds, standing, kneeling, climbing, and working outdoors. Visual and hearing acuity required. Work environment includes moderate noise, outdoor exposure, and potential pets.
