Guardian Management has a need for a Full-Time Maintenance Assistant to join our team at Discovery Point!
Discovery Point is a conventional apartment community in Mesa, AZ with 183 units.
We are seeking a motivated individual to support in cleaning and minor property maintenance to maintain curb appeal and overall property appearance. The primary role involves assisting with work orders, routine maintenance, and ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and Guardian policies. This entry-level position offers training and career growth opportunities in property maintenance.
Schedule: 40 hours/week, 3:00PM - 11:00PM
Compensation: $18.00/hr
