Orchard Pointe at Arrowhead is hiring! Our Driver / Maintenance Assistant will:

1. Transport residents via company car, van, or other vehicle to appointments, events, stores, and other locations.
2. Work closely with residents to coordinate pick-ups and drop-offs.
3. Ensure community buildings, work areas, grounds, and property are maintained at the highest standards.
4. Follow processes and procedures that enhance the resident experience and meet state and federal guidelines.
5. Build strong relationships based on compassion, respect, and trust within a positive team environment throughout the community.
