Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Westlake Village, CA is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to help keep the community safe, clean, and well-functioning. You will complete maintenance tasks, perform basic repairs including plumbing, electrical, appliances, and fixtures, and assist with painting and refurbishing projects.

You will support HVAC, water, and mechanical system maintenance, conduct preventative maintenance and safety checks, maintain tools and inventory, and assist with suite make-ready

• Basic repairs in plumbing, electrical, appliances, and fixtures.
