Responsibilities:

• Follow maintenance schedules and instructions from your supervisor according to established policies and procedures.
• Perform routine maintenance on grounds, parking areas, driveways, including cutting, trimming, sweeping, etc.
• Repair and maintain facility equipment, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical tasks.
• Clean windows and screens as directed.
• Replace burned out lights and perform cleaning duties as needed.
• Service heating and cooling units/systems following manufacturer specifications and policies.
• Handle unscheduled maintenance tasks as directed.
