Warren Nursing & Rehab in Warren, OH is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to keep our facility clean, safe, and well organized. You will perform routine tasks to support patient care and the comfort of staff and visitors.

This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work with other departments in a fast-paced environment; prior healthcare exposure is preferred.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college or healthcare experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects; stand for long periods.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.

Responsabilidades

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, disinfecting, and sanitizing patient areas, common spaces, and equipment
• Conduct trash and recyclable removal, and replace liners and supplies as needed
• Restock and maintain inventory of linens, toiletries, and other essential supplies
• Assist with snow removal, shoveling, and other outdoor maintenance tasks as needed
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure the efficient operation of the facility
• Participate in special projects and events to enhance the overall patient experience
