Job summary

Sagora Senior Living, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Assistant at our Lynridge of Waco community.

You will assist the Maintenance Director with the upkeep of grounds, facilities, and equipment, helping ensure a safe, comfortable environment for residents across independent living, assisted living, and memory care. The role involves completing work orders, operating tools, and maintaining records while adhering to safety standards and company values.

• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, family, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders as requested by the Maintenance Director.
• Assist with maintenance of grounds, fences, parking areas, and facilities.
• Maintain service equipment, power equipment, tools, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain preventative maintenance records and use work orders to track repairs.
• Conduct daily inspections of building, grounds, and equipment.
• Promote safety of residents, visitors, and staff.
