Job summary

Tree of Life Rehabilitation is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to perform routine maintenance of facility mechanical systems and preventive maintenance to keep the building and site in excellent repair.

You will prioritize work orders in TELS, maintain life safety compliance per CMS regulations, and support survey readiness with safety and environmental compliance. This role requires flexibility to handle duties as assigned in a faith-based care setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in drywall, taping, painting, and proficient with the use of power tools.
• NFPA knowledge and experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general building maintenance is a plus.
• Availability to respond to emergency maintenance needs as required.
