Under limited supervision, you will support preventive maintenance programs, document work performed, participate in on-call rotations, and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements to keep resident services running smoothly.

Summary: Under limited supervision, works across campus and troubleshoots, repairs mechanical, electrical, plumbing, boiler and HVAC equipment. Provides assistance with preventative maintenance systems and special projects. Supports other areas of the Maintenance / Engineering department as needed. Submits daily, required documentation.
