American Medical Administrators MGMT Company is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to support our facilities and residents.

You will perform general maintenance tasks across painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry, respond promptly to work orders and requests, conduct routine inspections, and help ensure compliance with safety and building codes while keeping tools and areas organized and ready for use.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required or equivalent.
• Prior maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and use hand/power tools safely.

• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Must be able to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor.
• Valid driver’s license preferred (depending on facility needs).
