Job summary

Traditions at Camargo is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to keep our community in top condition for residents’ safety and comfort. You will handle routine repairs, assist with work orders, and support preventative maintenance across apartments, common areas, and grounds.

Ideal candidates bring general maintenance experience, basic electrical/plumbing/HVAC knowledge, and a collaborative mindset. Flexibility for evenings or weekends is appreciated.

Qualifications

• Experience in general maintenance or handyman work; senior living/healthcare setting a plus.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repair skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work both independently and as part of a team.
• A positive attitude and respect for working in residents’ homes.
• Willingness to be flexible with scheduling, including occasional evenings or weekends.

As a Maintenance Assistant, you'll play a hands-on role in keeping our building and grounds in great shape. From fixing small repairs to helping with preventative maintenance, your work will directly contribute to the safety, comfort, and happiness of our residents.
