Job summary

Traditions at Hunter Station in Indiana is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to join our on-site team. You’ll handle hands-on upkeep of resident apartments, common areas, and grounds, fixing small repairs and supporting preventative maintenance to keep the community safe and comfortable.

You’ll work with residents and staff in a friendly, respectful manner, manage work orders, prioritize tasks, and adapt to occasional evenings or weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in general maintenance, handyman work, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repair skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work both independently and as part of a team.
• A positive attitude and respect for working in residents' homes.
• Willingness to be flexible with scheduling, including occasional evenings or weekends.

Responsibilities
