What You’ll Do

Support apartment turnover by painting, cleaning carpets, and completing minor repairs to ensure units are move-in ready.
Respond to maintenance requests and resident concerns promptly, professionally, and with a focus on satisfaction and safety.
Perform routine tasks including trash management, safety checks, common area cleaning, and equipment maintenance.
Collaborate with other departments for event setups, move-ins/outs, and marketing needs while upholding community standards.
Support safety protocols, emergency plans, and elopement prevention practices.
Foster a warm, collaborative atmosphere with residents, families, and team members.
