Job summary

Saber-Healthcare-Group in Salisbury, NC is recruiting a part-time Maintenance Technician to support Life Safety Code compliance and to maintain the facility's plants and grounds. This role requires attention to safety and operational standards, and works on-site with shift coverage beginning 1st shift.

Responsibilities include assisting the Maintenance Director, following health and infection control policies, and upholding the community's policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.

Position Summary:

The primary purpose of your job is to assist the Maintenance Director in ensuring the Life Safety Code, physical plant, equipment, grounds and utilities are maintained in good working order and in accordance with community policies, state and federal regulations. Follows all health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintains established standards of practice set forth by the community's administration and Maintenance Policies and Procedures.

Education/Qualifications:

• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.

• Wage: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
