What Will You Do in This Role?

You will perform activities within the maintenance department to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and maintain the facility's safety and appearance. Responsibilities include maintaining electrical, plumbing, ventilation, heating, and cooling systems to keep the environment sanitary, attractive, and hazard-free.

Do You Have What It Takes?

• A passion for working with seniors
• A flexible, energetic, and positive personality
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Prior maintenance experience, especially in LTC/SNF/AL/MC settings (highly preferred)
• Knowledge of laundry, housekeeping, and maintenance procedures
