Job summary

Laurel Meadows Wellness & Rehabilitation in Missouri is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance department and ensure environmental center compliance. You will help maintain a sanitary, attractive, and safe facility, addressing hazards in electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems and other infrastructure. This full-time role runs from 11:00 a.m.

to 7:30 p.m., Saturday through Wednesday. Benefits include 401(k) matching, health, dental, vision, life insurance, and competitive wages

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Knowledge of maintenance procedures.
• Minimum of 2 years' work experience in long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the maintenance department to ensure environmental center compliance with regulations.
• Maintain the facility to be sanitary, attractive, and in good repair, addressing hazards related to electrical, plumbing, ventilation, heating, and cooling.

Job description

Under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor, performs the activities of the maintenance department to ensure environmental center compliance in accordance with Federal, State and Local ordinance, regulations and building codes. Assist in the maintenance of the facility to ensure a sanitary, attractive and orderly condition; in good repair, free from hazards such as those caused by electric, plumbing, ventilation, heating and cooling systems.

Full time

Hours: 11a.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Saturday thru Wednesday
