Job summary

Avantara Redfield is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to join our friendly, caring and supportive team. You will be instrumental in ensuring the physical aspects of the facility are in proper working order, performing repair tasks throughout the facility, and assisting with scheduling of outside contractors for extensive repairs.

The role also involves monitoring facility equipment and maintenance schedules, performing routine maintenance on equipment and systems, and helping keep residents safe

Qualifications

• High school Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior Maintenance Assistant experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility is preferable.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, a High school Diploma or equivalent. Prior Maintenance Assistant experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate!
