Job summary

Avantara Redfield is rapidly growing and is seeking Maintenance Assistants to join our friendly, caring, and supportive team. You will be instrumental in ensuring the physical aspects of the facility are in proper working order and help residents receive the high standard of care they expect.

As a Maintenance Assistant, you will perform repairs, assist with contractor scheduling for extensive repairs, monitor equipment, and perform routine maintenance on facility systems to keep the building

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Prior Maintenance Assistant experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility is preferable.
• We are willing to invest in the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Perform repair tasks throughout the facility to keep it in good working order.
• Assist with scheduling outside contractors for extensive repairs.
• Monitor facility equipment and maintenance schedules to ensure operational readiness.
• Perform routine maintenance on facility equipment and systems to maintain safety and comfort for residents.

As a Maintenance Assistant you are instrumental in ensuring the physical aspects of the facility are in proper working order. To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, a High school Diploma or equivalent. Prior Maintenance Assistant experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate!
