AVIR Health Group in San Angelo, TX is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to join our family. You will assist the Maintenance Director in keeping the grounds, facility, and equipment safe, clean, and functional for our residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance experience preferred.
• Previous nursing home experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Maintenance Director with maintaining the grounds, facility and equipment.
• Help ensure safety and compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
• Support daily operations to keep the facility running efficiently.

We are searching for a Maintenance Assistant that is resident, and family focused, a team builder, and excited about the opportunity to assist in building a facility culture. The primary purpose of your job position is to assist the Maintenance Director with maintaining the grounds, facility, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations.
