Description

Laurel Parc, a beautiful senior living community just north of the Beaverton/Hillsboro area, seeks a Maintenance Assistant to join the Maintenance team. This position will be responsible for assisting the maintenance staff with apartment repairs and general upkeep, including drywall repair, painting, light plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair.

Pay: $23.50 - $24.00 per hour

Main Responsibilities

• Provide routine and preventative maintenance for over 200 apartment units and common areas.
• Complete work orders and maintain the maintenance workshop and storage rooms.
• Perform apartment turnovers efficiently to prepare for new residents.

Qualifications

Language and Skills Requirements: Ability to use computer and smartphone applications for training and company systems. Capable of understanding written documents such as work orders, safety rules, instructions, policies, and procedures. Effective communication skills with clients, coworkers, and management are essential.
