Job summary

Integral Senior Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team across communities. You’ll perform maintenance and housekeeping duties, handle routine repairs, and ensure the safety and comfort of residents and staff.

Qualifications

• One year maintenance experience.
• Ability to be on call if needed.
• General understanding of plumbing, electrical, mechanical systems.
• Knowledge of OSHA, fire prevention, life and safety regulations.
• Ability to respond to emergency calls outside scheduled hours.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Written and verbal communication skills.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Good judgment, problem solving and decision making.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and housekeeping duties around the community as assigned.
• Complete service requests for repairs to grounds, buildings, apartments, equipment and vehicles.
• Carry out basic trades: plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting and make-ready tasks.

Our community is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team.

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities

• Performing maintenance and housekeeping duties in and around the community grounds as assigned.
• Performs routine maintenance duties to complete all service requests for repair and maintenance of all grounds, buildings, apartment homes, equipment and vehicles in a timely and cost-efficient manner.
• Routine maintenance duties may include: fixing wall and/or floor coverings; repairing furniture and fixtures; performing basic plumbing work; performing minor electrical repairs; repairing appliances; painting and refurbishing projects, working with heating and air systems, refrigeration systems, carpet and hard surface maintenance and "make ready" rooms as assigned.

Qualifications

• Possess a general understanding of OSHA, fire prevention, life and safety regulations.
