Integral Senior Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our Boise area communities. You will perform maintenance and housekeeping duties around the community and respond to service requests promptly.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of maintenance experience, is comfortable being on call, and understands plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems, safety regulations, and emergency procedures. We offer competitive wages and flexible full-time/part-time schedules.

Qualifications

• One year of maintenance experience is required.
• Ability to be on call if needed outside normal hours.
• General understanding of plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Familiarity with OSHA, fire prevention, life and safety regulations.
• Capable of responding to emergency calls outside scheduled hours.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good organizational and time management abilities.
• Sound judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Performing maintenance and housekeeping duties around the community as assigned.
• Complete service requests for repairs to grounds, buildings, homes, equipment, and vehicles promptly and cost-effectively.
• Duties may include plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, painting, HVAC, and making ready rooms.

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities

• Performing maintenance and housekeeping duties in and around the community grounds as assigned.
• Performs routine maintenance duties to complete all service requests for repair and maintenance of all grounds, buildings, apartment homes, equipment and vehicles in a timely and cost-efficient manner.
• Routine maintenance duties may include: fixing wall and/or floor coverings; repairing furniture and fixtures; performing basic plumbing work; performing minor electrical repairs; repairing appliances; painting and refurbishing projects, working with heating and air systems, refrigeration systems, carpet and hard surface maintenance and "make ready" rooms as assigned.
