Job summary

Kadima Healthcare in New Wilmington, PA is seeking a Maintenance Assistant (Entry Level) for the day shift. The role focuses on performing required maintenance procedures efficiently and safely to meet federal, state, and local requirements and protect residents.

The starting wage is $16.00 per hour. Responsibilities include routine grounds and facility maintenance, repairing surfaces, replacing bulbs, and following the supervisor's maintenance schedule; high school diploma or equivalent

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine maintenance on grounds, parking areas, driveways, etc. by cutting, trimming, etc.
• Helps maintains facility by repairing walls, baseboards, doors, ceilings, mirrors, windows, removing trash, etc.
• Moves furniture in order to complete assignments
• Follows maintenance schedule/instruction from supervisor and as outlined in established maintenance policies and procedures
• Replaces burned out light bulbs, to include exit lights, overhead lights
• Assist in smooth operation of maintenance department
• Perform other duties as assigned.
