Job summary

Kadima Healthcare in Monroeville, PA is seeking an entry-level Maintenance Assistant to perform routine maintenance on grounds, facilities, and equipment. You will follow schedules and guidelines to ensure a safe, clean environment for residents and staff.

Responsibilities include replacing bulbs, repairing walls and fixtures, moving furniture, and assisting in the maintenance department's smooth operation. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

• Replaces burned out light bulbs, to include exit lights, overhead lights
• Assist in smooth operation of maintenance department
• Perform other duties as assigned.
