A leading nonprofit senior living provider in Moorhead seeks a Maintenance Assistant to perform diverse maintenance tasks, ensure safety compliance, and assist both residents and staff. This full-time position offers a targeted pay range of $20 to $22 per hour and includes a comprehensive benefits package.
The Maintenance Assistant is responsible for performing a variety of maintenance duties in the building and grounds. This position is responsible for providing preventative maintenance, maintenance tasks from work orders as well as what is observed or reported. This position maintains a safe environment for residents, family, staff and visitors.
