Responsibilities:

• Complete work orders including changing light bulbs, AC filters, painting, plumbing, carpentry, drywall repairs, and other maintenance tasks
• Assist with maintenance of community areas, grounds, fences, parking, community houses, pools, spas, furniture, appliances, HVAC, and lift stations
• Maintain service and power equipment, tools, and kitchen equipment
• Keep preventative maintenance records and use work order systems to track repairs
• Conduct daily inspections of buildings, grounds, and equipment
• Promote safety by identifying and resolving hazards for residents, visitors, and staff
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Skills and Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months experience in residential maintenance
• Experience with drywall, carpentry, plumbing, painting, and general building maintenance
• Understanding of building and fire safety protocols
• Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and attention to detail
• Effective communication skills in English, both written and spoken
• Ability to stand, reach, walk, climb stairs/ladders, kneel, crouch, and crawl regularly
• Ability to lift between 50-100 lbs and work after hours if needed
• Valid driver's license or willingness to obtain one for company use
