Job summary

Kadima Healthcare in Monroeville is seeking an entry-level Maintenance Assistant to perform routine maintenance and ensure a safe environment for residents. The role focuses on cost-effective, compliant maintenance procedures and supporting the maintenance team.

• Follows maintenance schedule/instruction from supervisor and as outlined in established maintenance policies and procedures
• Replaces burned out light bulbs, to include exit lights, overhead lights
• Assist in smooth operation of maintenance department
• Perform other duties as assigned.
