Job summary

Viva Senior Living At Sewell is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to perform routine maintenance across grounds, parking areas, and driveways, and to assist with basic facility and equipment repairs. You should be capable of mowing, weed-eating, trimming, and general upkeep while upholding resident care standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and the ability to read, write, and speak English.

Must possess , at a minimum, a high school diploma or a GED

In exigent circumstances, the employee may be subject to call back during emergency conditions (e.g., severe weather, evacuation, temporary staffing shortages, etc.).
