Job summary

The Pennant Group, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to join our team of dedicated professionals. The role focuses on preventative maintenance, building and grounds upkeep, and assisting residents as needed to ensure a safe, comfortable environment.

You will handle maintenance tasks independently with occasional vendor support and be available for emergencies outside normal hours. A valid driver’s license and prior maintenance experience are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience in building maintenance.
• Knowledge of plumbing fixtures, drains, and hot water systems.
• HVAC principles, refrigeration basics, and general electrical understanding.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean record.

Performs most tasks independently with occasional assistance of outside vendor.
