Job summary

American Senior Communities in Indiana is seeking a part-time Maintenance Assistant to support the Maintenance Supervisor in keeping the community's physical plant and grounds safe and attractive for residents, staff, and visitors.

You will perform routine maintenance tasks, assist with repairs, and help ensure a welcoming environment, with CARE values guiding interactions.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates CARE values to residents, family members, customers and staff.
• Prior maintenance experience preferred - drywall, plumbing, painting.
• Knowledge in electrical, heating and cooling helpful.
• High school diploma or GED; or 1-3 months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
