Job summary

Eden East is seeking a Maintenance Assistant for Edenbrook Second Ave in Kingston, PA. This full-time role on the day shift includes every other weekend to support our skilled nursing facilities and ensure a safe, well-maintained environment for residents and staff.

You will perform routine plumbing, electrical, and HVAC tasks, assist with painting and drywall repairs, and help schedule preventive maintenance while keeping accurate records and following safety protocols.

• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to effectively diagnose and repair maintenance issues.

Requirements

• Experience preferred, with knowledge of maintenance procedures
• Physical Demands: Lifting 50 pounds maximum with frequent lifting, moving, and/or carrying of objects weighing up to 50 pounds; Exerting considerable force frequently, and/or intermediate force constantly to move objects and patients. Reaching, handling, fingering, talking, hearing, visual near acuity, bending, stooping and walking.
