Job summary

Pinnacle Specialty Care in Cedar Falls, IA, a 100-bed long-term care skilled nursing community, is now hiring a Maintenance Staff member for full-time daytime shifts. You’ll join Care Initiatives as a vital part of our maintenance team dedicated to keeping the facility safe, clean, and comfortable.

Join our care-focused network across Iowa and help maintain building systems, grounds, and routine upkeep while upholding safety and high standards for resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Ability to multitask and complete assignments timely.

Responsibilities

• Complete routine maintenance and repairs to keep the facility safe, clean, and comfortable.
• Monitor and maintain building systems, including heating, cooling, and equipment.
• Maintain outdoor areas, walkways, and grounds, including snow/ice removal as needed.
• Assist with heavy cleaning, floor care, and facility upkeep when needed.
• Follow safety policies and support inspections and preventative maintenance.
